The "ADU" Project
When we took on the De Leon ADU wiring project in Redwood City, our first step was pulling the necessary permits and walking the property to plan the panel upgrade and circuit layout for the new unit. One challenge we ran into was that the homeowner's existing main panel didn't have enough capacity for the added load, so we upgraded the service to 200 amps to safely support both the main house and the ADU. We also hit a snag during the underground conduit run when we found a section of denser soil and old irrigation lines the homeowner hadn't known about, so we hand-dug around the obstruction rather than risk damaging the lines with heavier equipment. In the end, the rough-in passed city inspection on the first try, and we were all glad to hand over a safe, code-compliant electrical system for the new ADU.

Project "Man-Castle"

Mission "8-Ball"
Completed a full electrical upgrade for a client's game room, including new outlet installations throughout the space and a custom light fixture centered precisely above their pool table. The biggest challenge was routing power to the overhead fixture without any existing wiring nearby, requiring careful fishing through the ceiling to avoid disturbing the finished drywall. By mapping out the run in advance and working methodically, I delivered a clean installation with zero patchwork or visible repairs.
